YOGA CARDIO HIIT Kickstart your metabolism and get revved up for the day ahead. This class will begin with 10minutes of stretching and warming up the muscles followed by 25minutes of High intensity interval training using yoga postures and some cardio work. A five minute Cool down and finally relaxation. You'll be ready for anything! YOGABODI SCULPT AND TONE (NONHOT) This class will firm your abs, arms, back, and shoulders while strengthening your legs, hips, and butt, helping improve strength, posture, performance and appearance, as well as an increased sense of calmness and self-acceptance. Suitable for all levels.
HOTYOGA TOTAL BODY Our Hot Yoga classes fuse the benefits of yoga and infrared heat! Tone, sculpt and stretch with this 70 minute class that uses Yoga principals taught at 95°F and 40% humidity. You’ll burn calories(up to 500 calories!) and create a balance of flexibility and sculpted muscles. Finish with a blissful 10 minute cool down and Savasana (relaxation) at the end.
YOGA BLISS FLOW (NON HOT) All Level Flow - (90min) - Vinyasa classes link breath with movement. You will move at a pace "flow" between poses designed to build internal heat, build core strength and increase flexibility and balance. Calm and de-stress the mind. **Options will be given to modify poses to accommodate all levels of students.
GENTLE STRETCH MORNING YOGA This class moves at a slower pace focusing on stretching and strengthening all areas of the body and can be a particularly effective practice for those recovering from, or living with injury or ailments such as arthritis. It's also great for introducing your body back to exercise after the birth of your baby. The sequence of movements will help improve balance, flexibility and bring tone to the muscles. Suitable For All levels.
CANDLELIT YIN (RESTORATIVE) YOGA Feeling stressed, tired or just need some 'me' time? Our Yin Yoga inspired class is a deeply meditative and relaxing style of yoga in a candlelit room. The slower paced poses, mainly floor based, will be held passively for several minutes, allowing the body to fully surrender to the pull of gravity. The class will finish in an extended Savasana pose to allow the teacher to provide a light shoulder, neck and head massage. A perfect balance for the more dynamic type of yoga (think hotyoga).
BEGINNERS ABSOLUTE HOTYOGA Suitable for all levels and in particular beginners . this is the perfect introduction to Absolute style of hotyoga Each week there is a different focus, the class moves at a slower pace and extra guidance is given. You will build stamina and feel your body get stronger every time you come to class.
